Liberty Freights offers services round
nationwide, as a shipping coordinator. All claims for
damage, undelivered goods or other problems concerning the
shipment are strictly the carriers' responsibility.
Commercial shipments may also be insured for "Release Value"
once again, asks one of our agents. Customer agrees to pay
for the actual shipment based upon the actual size and or
weight of the shipment along with any additional services
performed at the customers' request or necessitated by the
nature of the shipment regardless of the estimated cost.
Payment is due on receipt. (CAD)
Liberty Freights will attempt to notify the
customer of these actions. If the charges are disputed it is
the customers' responsibility to produce reasonable
documentation as to the actual size, and or weight of the
shipment and any additional services. All costs related to
disputed charges will be paid by the party found at fault.
Once a shipment has been dispatched for pick up
cancellation is not guaranteed.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other
arrangements have been made in writing. Late fees may
apply.
Liberty Freights reserves the right to use a
collection agency. All costs arising from collection of
unpaid balances including but not limited to collection fees
and or legal fees, will be paid by the invoiced party. By
accepting the services of Liberty Freights you also
accept these term and conditions.
